Today is December 26, 2009. Exactly 5 years ago today a Tsunami struck in the Indian Ocean killing over 200,000 people. Thailand’s beach Island of Phuket was hit pretty hard. Over 5000 people lost their lives that day. From Phi Phi Island to Patong Beach with Khao Lak being the hardest hit area.

Today we want to remember the victims of the Tsunami. We all either lost someone or new someone that was lost or affected by the tidal surge that day. We want to take this time to send out our prayers and let the victims know that we will never forget the horrible tragedy that happened that day.
